Unsatisfactory Experience
A customer, Ryan Shipley, gave 1-star review to Tulip Cleaners due to an unexpected charge of $83.37. He suspected that the prices were inflated due to charges for Big & Tall items, which were applied to his regular-sized shirts. Additionally, three "stained" shirts were charged although they were actually brand new and never worn. The store clerk refused to adjust the pricing, and the customer was only given a vague promise to have the manager call him on Monday.
