Terrible Experience
Quality Cleaners received a 1-star rating from several customers who had a terrible experience with their customer service. One customer, Mary Ellen Kerber, mentioned that she was given someone else's clothes and never received a call regarding the status of her own clothes. Another customer, G. K., experienced misplaced clothes and poor communication from the cleaners. Mary Ellen and G. K. were not pleased with the service and specified that they would not be using the service again.

False Promises
One customer, Caitlyn F., experienced a terrible outcome with her comforter. She requested that it be dry cleaned and wrinkle-free, but the cleaners ended up washing it with towels and causing it to become 10 times more wrinkled. The staff tried to blame the poor quality of the comforter, which Caitlyn disputed.
