Disappointing Experience with Cleaning Service
Unmet Expectations
Reviewers were very clear about their expectations from the cleaning service, but unfortunately, those expectations were not met. The cleaners failed to complete even the most basic tasks, such as making a single bed, doing laundry, or washing dishes.
Lack of Attention to Detail
The cleaning service only dusted what they could reach, and even that was done using a Swiffer rather than properly wiping down surfaces. Additionally, they failed to take necessary precautions, such as turning off a fan before cleaning it, and not using protection on furniture.
Unfriendly Staff
The two ladies sent by the service were described as extremely unfriendly, giving off "super bad energy". This lack of friendliness and professionalism added to the overall negative experience.
